The Search Form

The search form for job candidates looks a lot like the camp registration form. We allow for unprecedented flexibility in how they look for camps, while keeping the process fast and simple. The result is that your camp will be found by the right people!

Camp Info-Pages

After conducting a search, camp names turn up as live links. In addition to what they already know about you, registered job seekers can follow these links to find an attractive webpage dedicated to your camp. (See below for a sample.) We build this out of the information from your registration form, so it includes a description of your camp, a list of available positions, and contact information.

The contact information is helpful, but not vital, because seekers can contact camps right there on the Web. Because they've also registered with us, we know a lot about the job candidates that are using our site. Whenever they decide they'd like to work at your camp, it's a simple one-click process to send you a full electronic resume!

It's easy for them, but think about what it means for you. No more answering dead-end requests for staffing information. These people already know all about your camp and your staffing needs. More importantly, you have immediate access to their personal information.
